iCamps

For the summer of 2020, All-Star Basketball Camp will be bringing the excitement and inspiration of A.B.C. to your driveway! 
All-Star Basketball is proud to announce iCamp, the individual basketball camp that you can complete anywhere in the country as long as you have a basketball and a hoop. The camp will consist of five days of instruction, motivation, drills, and in true A.B.C. style – COMPETITION. While we cannot offer some of the competitions that are a staple of in person camp, we will be holding daily contests and competitive drills that will result in prizes just like at camp. 
 
How will it work? 
  • Players will register for camp online and will receive a confirmation in email. Just before camp begins, campers will be granted access to the iCamp page that will host the camp overview, video demonstrations of each drill, daily schedule, score reporting form, motivational videos and much more. 
  • We will kick camp off with a Zoom greeting and introduction on Monday morning (optional to attend). 
  • Players will log into the site each morning for the day’s schedule, view videos, and have a printable schedule and score form that they can take with them to the court!
  • Players will complete the day’s drills and competitions at their own pace and in their own time. The design of the camp keeps the parent in mind as the player should be able to complete all of the work on their own with little-to-no required help from parents. 
  • Players will keep track of their scores and complete drills for the day and then fill out a form to submit those scores! The drills can be attempted as many times as a player chooses and prizes will be given out based on a hitting a qualifying “standard” score as opposed to head to head comparison. 
  • Camp will conclude with an “Awards Ceremony” on Friday afternoon via Zoom. 
  • Immediately following the conclusion of camp, iCamp will send a camp t-shirt, prizes earned, and awards through the mail. 
  • Contests include (prizes): Earlybird (Pack of Starburst) – Forest Gump (Big League Chew) – Free Throw Contest (Skittles) – Lay Up Contest (Airhead Extreme) – Jump Shot Contest (Sour Skittles) – Ball Handling Contest (Airhead) 
  • If a player completes the drill and achieves the “standard” score for their age group they will receive the prize (limit one prize per contest, per player) in their camp package at the conclusion of camp.
Who Can Participate? 
  • All players of all ages that want to participate are welcome. 
  • Contests and prizes will be based on “standards” for age groups and players will be able to attempt the drill and competition as many times as they would like. 
  • Players are welcome to participate in as many weeks as they would like!
  • We will work to make each week unique and better than the last.
